Clara’s Corner started with my grandma, Clara. She came to Charleston from Sicily almost 60 years ago with nothing but her clothes. Fast forward to 2017, I found one of her old suitcases stuffed with vintage dresses and pieces that no one in the family would wear anymore. I couldn’t just throw them out, so I put them up on a little Facebook page — and people loved them. Eight years later, here we are: a vintage shop named after her, turning old treasures into new favorites.
