Why I Built Blue-Lyon

As an HR Coordinator supporting second-shift operations, I watched attendance, call-outs, and outsourced transportation breakdowns disrupt production and strain people who simply wanted to keep their jobs. I created Blue-Lyon to close that gap, aligning transportation with HR reality so employers gain stability and employees gain a commute they can trust.
